How to Access the LoudCloud Classroom from the GCU Portal
Simply log into your GCU Portal and navigate to the ‘My Courses’ options listed in the upper left corner of the screen to access your LoudCloud classroom.
Select your course code from the drop-down menu under My Courses.
You will now be redirected to the chosen class.
Note that GCU policy states that previous courses will be available for six weeks.
They will no longer appear in the ‘My Courses’ drop-down menu in your GCU Portal after this, but they can be archived at any time. It is preferable to save any important content as long as the course is available.
After graduating from the GCU, you can still retain access to the student portal with the same username and password.
How to Register to the GCU Student Portal

- Go to https://apply.gcu.edu/Account/Login in your web browser.
- Click the ‘Create New Account button.
- Enter all of the required information, such as email address, password, first and last name (which must match the name on the SSN card), phone number, and so on.

- Filling out all of these required fields will result in the creation of your GCU account.

- Enter your GCU email address or username.
- Fill in the CAPTCHA characters and press the ‘Next’ button. (If you are having trouble with the CAPTCHA characters, you can refresh and re-enter them, or you can choose the audio option.)
You will then be redirected to a screen with various password reset options. Select the best steps:
